Our Grade 3 class had a discussion on how we use water, how we waste it and how we can save water. We enjoyed colouring the pages from Morden’s Water Conservation Colouring Book.
Our Grade 8 coloured posters from Morden’s Water Conservation Colouring Book. Turns out we really like colouring. We also designed a few original posters. The activity led to some good conversations about saving water. Every drop counts!
We conserved water by relying on our established trees and plants to survive on their own without any supplemental watering. Any flowers or fruit that were produced were counted as a bonus. This year we really appreciated our grape vines that produced enough for us, plus some to share.
